Reservation Policies
     

* We have a 3 night minimum May thru October and all Holiday weekend. 
* We require a 1 night deposit to hold a reservation for those reserving 4 nights or less. For those reserving for 5 nights or more, a 2 night deposit is required. When we receive your deposit, we will send you a confirmation.   
* All deposits are to made in credit card form and are required within 10 days of making your reservation. If the deposit is not received within 10 days, your reservation will be cancelled.

Group Policy          
* When reserving for 3 or more units, we will require 100% for a deposit due with 120 days of the reservation

Cancellation Policies               
 * Cancellations can be made up to 4 weeks before your arrival, and your deposit will be refunded minus a $15 handling fee. Later cancellations will be refunded only if we rebook for the entire length of reservation.  
*Early departures will be handled as a cancellation and refunded only if the nights are rebooked.

Pet Policy
We do accept DOGs ONLY.   Guest are allowed to bring up to 2 dogs for a $15-per-night-per-dog charge.” Owners are responsible to keep dogs off of the furniture and beds, walk them on leash in designated areas. Do Not leave them unattended unless in a carrier. Cell phone numbers will be required.

Smoking Policy
All our units are smoke free year-round. This includes tobacco, vaporizers, and medicinal items. There is a $150.00 fine if smoke is detected inside a room. Guests are welcome to smoke outside where ashtrays are provided, but please ensure that the smoke does not drift inside the unit.

All our units have kitchens, including a coffee pot, toasters, and microwaves. Clean linens are exchanged daily. Grills and picnic tables are available for use. There are decks overlooking the lake for all to enjoy!
