Lazy Valley Resort Polices
**We have a 3 night minimum. May thru October and all Holiday Week-ends. However, we do fill 1& 2 nights vacancies, so give us a call.
**We require a 1 night deposit to hold reservation for those reserving 4 nights or less. For those reserving for 5 nights or more, 2 nights deposit is required. When receive your deposit we will send you a confirmation.
**Deposit for rooms are required within ten days of making your reservation. If the deposit is not received in the 10 days, your Reservations will be cancelled.
Group Polices
**When reserving three or more units, we will require 100% for deposit due with 120 days. This needs to be paid by check or money order.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations can be made up to 7 weeks before your scheduled arrival. And your deposit will be refunded minus a $15.00 handling charge. Later cancellations will be refunded only if we can rebook for the entire length of reservation. Early departures will be handled as cancellations and refunded only if the room nights are rebooked
Pet Policies
**We do take small dogs only (under 25 pounds) for $10.00 per night, per pet only when the owner accepts responsibility to keep the dogs off furniture and beds, walk them on a leash in designated area, and do not leave them unattended unless in a carrier. A cell phone number will be required in case the dog (s) start barking.
Check In & Check Out
**Check in time is anytime after 2:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. Exceptions can be made but only by checking with the office management in advance.
Payment For Rooms
**Payment in full is due upon arrival. Guests are responsible for all days reserved. If you have any questions about your room, our polices, our location, or our amentias please ask. We will be glad to answer your questions.
